Rig'Up takes the protection of your data seriously. This page sets out what information is collected on www.rig-up.fr, why, how long it is kept and what rights you can exercise.

Data collected
No personal data is collected when you simply browse the site. Information is recorded only when you voluntarily complete one of the three forms below.
Request a quote
First and last name, company, job title, email address, phone number, location and nature of the project, type of requirement, free-text description, list of selected equipment and, where applicable, any files you attach (plans, specifications).
Contact
First and last name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
Speculative application
First and last name, email address, phone number, role sought, covering message and the documents you send (CV, letter).
Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to your enquiry for a quote, information or a study, and drawing up a commercial proposal - legal basis: your consent and, where applicable, steps taken prior to entering a contract.
- Considering your application - legal basis: your consent.
Your data is never used for unsolicited marketing, nor sold, rented or passed on to third parties.
Recipients
The information you send goes to the Rig'Up team (office@rig-up.fr) and is accessible only to those who need it to handle your enquiry. It is stored on the servers of our host OVH, located in France, acting as a data processor. No transfer outside the European Union takes place.
Retention period
- Quote and contact enquiries with no follow-up: 3 years from the last exchange.
- Files that led to work carried out: for the duration of the commercial relationship, then accounting records are kept for 10 years in accordance with our legal obligations.
- Unsuccessful applications: 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers. No consent banner is therefore required.
The “My selection” tool, which lets you build a list of equipment before requesting a quote, stores that list locally in your browser (local storage). It leaves your device only if you choose to send the form, and you can clear it at any time by removing the items from your selection.
Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be set by WordPress, for example to maintain an admin session or remember that a form has been submitted. The server also keeps connection logs (IP address, date, page requested) for a short period, for security purposes.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority - 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 - www.cnil.fr.
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. The forms are protected against automated submissions and attached files are stored in a non-indexed area.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical changes. The version in force is the one published on this page.
