An independent
family business
since 2004
Fondé en 2004 à Nantes, Rig’Up® est le partenaire technique des créateurs d’événements. Nous travaillons avec les salles de spectacles, festivals, tournées, concerts et lieux culturels partout en France. Entreprise familiale indépendante certifiée Label Spectacle n°459, Rig’Up® réunit quinze salariés permanents et plus de trois cents intermittents qualifiés.

Our people
Our people
are our strength
15 permanent staff and over 250 freelancers a year across France.
We place great importance on training: every member of staff is trained and qualified so that performance and safety go together. We favour local crews and suppliers on every site.

Self-sufficient in electricity thanks to our solar panels, we optimise every journey and load to limit our carbon footprint. We favour local suppliers and apply a waste sorting and management policy on all our sites.

We invest in continuing training for our staff and recruit local technicians first. With women making up 37.5% of our permanent team, we are among the most gender-balanced companies in our sector. We also work with an association employing exclusively disabled people to maintain our outdoor areas.
