15 permanent staff and over 250 freelancers a year across France.<\/p>\n

We place great importance on training: every member of staff is trained and qualified so that performance and safety go together. We favour local crews and suppliers on every site.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Self-sufficient in electricity thanks to our solar panels, we optimise every journey and load to limit our carbon footprint. We favour local suppliers and apply a waste sorting and management policy on all our sites.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Social<\/h3>\n

We invest in continuing training for our staff and recruit local technicians first. With women making up 37.5% of our permanent team, we are among the most gender-balanced companies in our sector. We also work with an association employing exclusively disabled people to maintain our outdoor areas.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
